Anderson Realty USA has a consistent history with its brokers and realtors from Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Florida, the South, and all across the United States. Registering with Anderson Realty USA gives you the broker/realtor the opportunity to earn commission.
There are 5 simple steps to becoming a broker/realtor that earns commission from our auctions:
1. Correctly register the client 1 day prior to the auction.
The Real Estate Broker/Agent is required to complete and submit the Broker Participation Form which can be download from the following address: http://www.andersonrealtyusa.com/documents/broker_participation.pdf. The form must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the day of the auction. You can mail or fax the form to the following:
Anderson Auctions Inc.
385 Harbor Blvd., Suite 102
Destin, FL 32541
Fax: (850) 654-8800
ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION BUYER/BROKER REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF THE AUCTION IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION THEN BROKER REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THE AUCTION CONCLUDES.
2. Make a complete inspection of the property with the client prior to the auction day.
Our real estate auctions are much like all others which involves a property that is sold “as-is” which means the properties are sold without any warranties. The examining and evaluating of each property is in the realtor's/buyer's hands and all properties will be sold free of all liens with good marketable title.
3. Terms and Conditions of Sale and disclosures must be revised in full with client prior to purchase.
In order to correctly purchase the property, please review Terms & Conditions and ALL documents with your client. Seller will set all documentation and is prohibited from being altered in any way. Along with your client, you are required to sign the Bidder Acknowledgement, Deposit Receipt, and Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
4. Attend the auction!
On the auction day, arrive at the site of the auction with ample time to register that day . If it is an Online Only Auction then be available to assist your client with the online bidding process.
5. Bring the following items to the auction or submit them to the Auction company in the event of an Online Only Auction:
Throughout the bidding and contracting process you must be with your client.
