- That will bring you to another auction listing page where you need to click the red icon with the arrow that says BID ONLINE on the property you desire.

- On the next page, there is a click REGISTER next to the image of the property and CREATE NEW ACCOUNT when you arrive at that page.

Do I have to pay a fee to make a bid?
No! There are no fees required to bid. Each property does require a specific bid deposit once you are declared the winning bidder.

What if I put in the wrong bid amount!!!?
It happens to the best of us...If you are bidding on a property and for some reason put in the incorrect amount, give us a call at the number below and we'd be glad to help you get the correct amount in the bidding process:

Will I be responsible for back taxes and/or liens owed by the sellers?
Buyers will not be responsible for back taxes or title issues for property purchased unless it is stated in the description of the property. The seller will convey the insurable title to the buyer after closing and if not the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase with a refund of their deposit.

Should I wait until the last 5 minutes of an auction to place my bid?
Okay, we all want to do this, but due to the "traffic congestion" at the end of auctions, it is highly recommended to not bid late as waiting can result in not getting your bid through on time!
