Auction Terms
Register to Bid:
To register to bid please click on the Online Only link and submit the completed registration form to our website. You will need to provide complete Contact Information, including mobile phone number, email address, driver’s license, and credit card info. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email Anderson Auctions.
Real Estate Terms:
The high bidders will be required to place a bid deposit equal to 10% of the contract price. To register to bid you will need a credit card that is checked for identification purposes only. At no point will any charges be placed on the credit card. Please login to the property and register to bid in the Online Only section. Property is being sold "as is where is" with no contingencies. Buyer is responsible for due diligence
Buyer’s Premium:
A buyer’s premium of ten percent (10%) will be added to the high bid to determine the total contract price to be paid.
Broker Participation:
All licensed real estate brokers are encouraged to participate by bringing your buyers to the auction. Anderson Auctions will be happy to pay a commission to the Florida licensed and qualified broker whose properly registered buyer is the successful bidder at the auction, and whose buyer purchases the property. Brokers must register their prospective buyer on the required Broker Participation Form (completely filled out, signed and notarized). The form may be obtained by calling 877-654-5300 or by visiting our website www.AndersonRealtyUSA.com. This form must be submitted to Anderson Auctions no later than 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the Auction.
Closing:
The closing shall take place not later than thirty (30) days after the auction at the offices of: McNeese Title 36468 Emerald Coast Parkway #1201 Destin, Florida 32550 (850) 337-4242. The entire purchase price must be paid by Cashier’s or Certified Check, or wired funds at closing. No purchase shall be contingent on financing or any other contingencies.
